The U.S. Naval Academy welcomed approximately 1,200 plebes into the Class of 2023 on Induction Day, 27 June 2019.

Some of the incoming plebes shared their thoughts on I-Day and coming the Naval Academy.

Incoming plebes (freshmen) are processed through various stations in Alumni Hall to become members of the Naval Academy’s Class of 2023. Stations include uniform issue, medical examinations, haircuts and learning to salute.
