Testing and reviewing some of the 'best' True Wireless Earbuds under £50, to see if cheap, budget-friendly Bluetooth buds are actually worth a purchase. Here I check out the Amazon Umi W5s, Defunc True Go and MPow M10 (which closely resemble Apple's Airpods Pro). So which one comes out top and are any of them a good buy?
Most True Wireless Earbuds costs around £100 to £200, with some like the PowerBeats Pro and Sony's WF's proving even more expensive. If your budget is a lot tighter, the likes of the Umi, Defunc and MPow earphones are well worth a look. Personally I'm not a fan of the True Go buds, which are less comfortable to wear and more fiddly to connect to your smartphone. Plus, there's no passive noise cancellation at all.
On the flip side, the Umi W5s and MPow M10 feel great, offer strong battery life and look rather neat. The Umis even pump out some surprisingly decent bass, considering the size and price.
