2 tbsp oil1 chilli (finely chopped)2 clove garlic (finely chopped)1 inch ginger (finely chopped)1 onion (finely chopped)1 carrot (chopped )1 capsicum (finely chopped)2 tbsp sweet corn½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder½ tsp cumin powder½ tsp garam masala¼ tsp dry mango powder½ tsp salt2 potato (boiled & mashed)2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)1 tsp lemon juice
for assembling:2 hot dog bread roll
green chutney mayonnaise tomato ketchup /burger sauce

aloo paneer mixture for veg sausage roll:
* firstly, in a large kadai heat oil and saute chilli, garlic, carrot, capsicum and sweet corn.
* saute well until the vegetables shrink slightly.
* further add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, pepper powder, dry mango powder and salt. saute for a minute or until the spices turn aromatic.
* now add 2 potato, and mix well. mix until everything is well combined.
* additionally, add 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice.
* to prepare veg sausage roll, grease hands with oil and shape into a long cylindrical shape.
* now grill it in a pan cooking all the sides. keep aside.
