It has been a while since I have uploaded , so I do apologise for the absence . Please excuse my voice throughtout the video as I recorded this feeling under the weather .
In today's video I will be sharing how to make Nkovi & Thomson - Kale in a Peanut butter sauce & Grilled Jack Fish .
The Ingredients used ;
Nkovi
*2 Bags of Crunchy Kale
*1 onion
*5 Garlic cloves
*5 Spring Onions
*4 TBSP of Peanut butter
*3-4 TBSP of Palm Oil
*Half a can of Chopped Tomato
*1 TBSP of Jumbo all purpose Seasoning
* 3 Maggi Cubes
* 1 Tomato Maggi Cube
*1 TBSP of Nutmeg
Thomson - Jack Fish
-Jumbo all purpose seasoning
Maggi cubes
Paprika
Mixed Herbs
Chilli Powder
2 TBSP of Chopped Tomato
3 TBSP of Tomato Puree
