The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying this offender in this video:
On September 8, 2017, at approximately 4:20 pm, an unknown Hispanic or black male carrying a large knife entered the a cleaning business located at 6415 Oxford Avenue demanding money. When the employee, a 74 year-old-female, couldn't open the cash register the suspect began fighting with the her. The offender then forced her to open the register and after an undisclosed amount of money was taken, the suspect fled and was last seen west on Passmore Street.
Suspect Description: Hispanic or black male, light complected, 30-35 years-of-age, 5’9”-5’11”, stocky build, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt with a light gray hood and sleeves, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
