The only time I ever get close to my promised internet speeds is when I'm on one of the websites to which my ISP throttles up my connection. Sometime in the last 12 hours, they've decided Twitch doesn't make that cut anymore. Most people would just think Twitch was having issues, so I've made this video as proof of how to test that your ISP is lying about their internet speeds.
