Addressing the CoWIN Global Conclave via video conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi Monday said CoWIN platform will be made open source and will soon be available to all countries. “Government’s move to make the homegrown CoWIN platform open-source and available to all was a hallmark of its ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (the world is a family philosophy)”, he said.
