New laws will be rolled out in Parliament next week to make it mandatory for property owners to pass on rebates to their tenants. The Government had earlier announced the tax rebates for non-residential property landlords, but authorities have received feedback from some retailers and F&B owners, who said that rental pressures remain a burden.
