Military Lawyer and Defence Academic Glenn Kolomeitz says there are “no blanket exemptions” in Australia for people from the army following Ben Roberts-Smith’s loss in his defamation trial against Nine.
“The higher commanders do have responsibility at least they need to be investigated for their command responsibility in this,” he told Saturday Herald Sun columnist Steve Price.
“They can’t just be ignored, there’s no blanket exemptions in this country.”
