Ready for some Fissidens Sushi? 🍣
Okay, lets put the jokes by side - in this video, I show you a spontaneous idea that came up during the planting process of the flow tank. By the way, the making of video is now available [ Ссылка ] and don't miss out on the second Pro Tip how to attach moss with superglue [ Ссылка ]
We all know it can be tricky to attach moss to driftwood, but what if we don't want to wrap the wood with Mosscotton (cotton thread) and using superglue is not an option - yes, Fissidens doesn't like to be superglued, what can we do?
That same problem appeared last weekend as we've been scaping that flow tank and I came up with the "Fissidens Sushi" idea 💡
Long story short, we tried 1 piece and it has worked like magic!
So here is your Pro Tip on how to attach Fissidens fontanus aka Phoenix Moss inside your aquarium.
You will need the following:
• Fissidens fontanus aka Phoenix Moss [ Ссылка ] *
• ADA Riccia Line [ Ссылка ] *
• Pressed filter wool [ Ссылка ] *
• Scissors to cut Riccia Line [ Ссылка ] *
• Small tweezers I like [ Ссылка ] *
