actor Balakrishna's NTR-Kathanayakudu is hardly a week away from release. The biopic, which is based on the life of legendary actor-politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, will hit the theatres on January 9 worldwide.The makers of Kathanayakudu submitted the film for censors, a couple of ago. To the surprise of the team, the censor board officials have asked for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the members of NTR family, particularly Nadendla Bhaskara Rao (former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh) and his second wife Lakshmi Parvathi.While the makers are confident of getting a NOC from Nadendla Bhaskara Rao, they are quite worried about Lakshmi. Also, reports reveal that she has written a letter to the CBFC citing some objections in the film. An official confirmation on the same is still awaited.NTR-Kathanayakudu should be censored in a day or two, otherwise, it might be difficult for the makers to release the movie on the scheduled date.There is another NTR biopic in the making, which is being helmed by Ram Gopal Varma. Titled as Lakshmi's NTR, the story will be told from the perspective of Lakshmi Parvathi.
