It's the Snowbird Gardener here. We took a sweet trip to Lake Skinner for some quiet and fresh air. I brought along some chili beans for lunch and since my Jackery 500 was all charged up by the solar panel, I used it to reheat the beans on an induction cooktop. Yum! We also had crackers with cream cheese and smoked salmon canapes
