The city where the COVID-19 pandemic had its roots the Chinese city of Wuhan is steadily returning to business as usual.
On Saturday,... the city partially reopened its subway and railway services - after a more than two month suspension.
Passengers taking the six newly re-opened metro lines are being asked to scan their health QR codes upon entering the stations and the subway operator has setup 200 infrared intelligent temperature scanners in scores of stations.
Passengers are asked to refrain from sitting directly next to another passenger, leaving a minimum of one empty seat between them.
In addition, the Civil Aviation Administration of China says all passenger and cargo flights on domestic air routes via airports in Hubei Province have resumed.
Wuhan's international airport will remain shut.
