The family of Dr. Ismail Kalule, who was picked up by yet to be identified gun wielding men on Saturday afternoon, intends to move to court to file for habeas corpus if the state does not produce him by Wednesday this week. In a habeas corpus application, the petitioners seek to have court order the authorities to produce a missing person dead or alive.
