Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said that he will be ordering an inquiry into the alleged delay in the arrival of fire engines and how such a manufacturing unit was operating in the area, after 11 persons were charred to death following an explosion triggered fire and building collapse in the capital's Alipur area.
