I decided to go back to the first straight razor to grace my shave den when I decided to take straight shaving seriously. I did some research and decided to purchase a Thiers Issard Le Grelot Medaille D’Or 6/8ths from a company called The Invisible Edge. To this day, this razor still gives me some of the best shaves I have ever had and remains one of my favourite razors.
I paired the TI razor with Stirling Barbershop shaving soap as I felt that it was time I used a Stirling soap again and Barbershop just jumped out and said use me!! It turned out to be a great combo.
