South Africa's health minister says the country has made great strides in dealing with TB and HIV epidemics. South Africa ranks third out of 22 countries with a high incidence of TB. Patients with HIV are 26 times more likely to contract TB. But health officials say there are signs that the tide is turning. CCTV's Yolisa Njamela has this story.
