Kerala style spicy and tangy raw mango chutney which is a good combination to kanji and rice porridge.
Ingredients:
Raw Mango :50gms
red chilli:3 nos
kashmiri red chilli:1 nos
green chilli:3 nos
shallot:1 nos
curry leaves:4-5nos
coconut grated:1 cup
salt: to taste
Method:
In a blender jar add green chilli,dry red chilli,kashmiri chilli,curry leaves,raw mango,salt and shallots, crush this altogether.After the above ingredients are blended roughly add grated coconut and blend thoroughly so that all the ingredients mix well to form a chutney.
