Join Tales of the Cocktail® as we present our second ever Virtual Tasting! Bitters obsessive Sother Teague will talk about the history and lore behind Amari peppered with some science and psychology about how and why we enjoy them, and sometimes why we don't. The tasting will include six Amari and a discussion of how to catalogue them into different "styles". 

Sother, also known as CreativeDrunk, is the bitters expert behind Amor y Amargo, New York City's Amari stronghold and possibly the only entirely bitter focused bar in the world. Prior to his dozen years behind bars, he was an instructor at the New England Culinary Institute where he lectured on 'Taste and Flavor'. As well as the research and technical chef for Food Networks 'Good Eats' with Alton Brown.
