Million dollar paradise views can be found for rock bottom prices! One of those spots is in Moalboal Philippines, on Cebu island. Moalboal has some of the most beautiful turquoise water I’ve ever seen. Also the snorkeling / diving is excellent. You can’t go out swimming for 30 minutes and NOT come across one or two turtles! If you hit it right, comfortable hotels with views like this can be had at only $15 a night. Incredible!
