My seat on this flight to Hawaii was in the first row of the United Economy Plus Section. We we seated right behind the Preferred Plus section. The seat was comfortable with great leg room. The meal served on board was not great and alcohol is not included. Since we were in the front row our television screens were located in the armrest.
I was able to upgrade to Economy Plus for free because I am a Premier Silver MileagePlus Member.
