In this recipe, I will quickly show you how to make hickory smoke teriyaki sauce. Hickory Smoke Teriyaki Sauce
0:11 1/3 cup or 83ml sake
0:22 1/3 cup or 83ml mirin
0:30 1/3 cup or 83ml low sodium soy sauce
0:38 1/2 tsp 2.5ml hickory smoke liquid smoke
0:44 1/2 cup or 91g light brown sugar
0:56 2 tbsp or 40g ground ginger
1:11 2 tbsp or 15g cornstarch
1:15 2 tbsp or 30ml water
Makes 1 cup or 250ml
