I decided to pair these two songs together because in my mind the similarities are too pronounced to not. We All Lift Together has so much hope in it and drive while For Narmer is the full reflection on the pain that came from whatever happened after We All Lift Together, i think. Fascinating contrast in this gold mining song moving into this painful angst in For Narmer.
