Diego Galicia ’10, chef and co-owner of Restaurant Mixtli and Mezcalería Mixtli in San Antonio, credits much of his career success to his education at The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio. And he was able to get that education thanks in large part to the college’s El Sueño Scholarship.
