We are going to work up a serious cardio sweat today! Grab two objects to hop over (mini cones, water bottles, rolled up towels, or a set of dumbbells) and your water bottle! You do not need any weights for this workout unless you are using them as your hop-over obstacles! I will provide modifications for every movement so this workout is perfect for all levels! Grab a sweat towel and get ready to move and sweat like crazy! I burned 670 calories, how many can you burn with me?
