Released in 2019 as part of the Tamnavulin distillery's core range. First matured in American white oak barrels before being transferred into three different types of Oloroso sherry casks, featuring a mix of European and American hogsheads. Bottled at 43%.
Nose: A bouquet marked by freshly baked tarte tatin and vanilla pod, soon giving way to another level of charm as nuances of banana, caramelised orange and fresh ginger complete this tapestry of temptation.
Palate: Warm and inviting. The palate detects an avalanche of exotic flavours, glazed nectarines and frangipane, shortly enlightened by hints of sticky toffee pudding, Demerara sugar and Seville oranges.
Finish: Complex and rich. Fruit cake, over ripe apricots.
