A Kerala court on Thursday directed the State police to not arrest Malayalam cine actor and Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Mukesh who was booked for rape in connection with allegations levelled against him by a woman actor.
In the anticipatory bail plea ,actor and MLA Mukesh has said the alleged incident occurred 2009 and the present crime is registered by the victim after the long lapse of 15 years, with ulterior motives and to tarnish the film career.
