The Godskin Apostle can be found in Dominula Windmill Village, located in the Altus Plateau. The closest Site of Grace is the Windmill Village Site of Grace, though it is a bit far from the final boss area. Fortunately, you don’t need to defeat any enemies on the way to the boss fight from this Site of Grace, though there are many foes along the path.

This boss fight is quite tough, though it can be taken down relatively easily with the right strategy. The key in phase 1 is to parry the boss's attacks, but that’s easier said than done. Parrying can be very challenging, as many of his attacks are extremely fast, meaning you'll need to time your parries earlier than expected. His attacks from the left tend to be faster than those coming from the right. Aim for two successful parries to break his stance, then land a critical hit and back off immediately. Repeat this until the second phase transition. During the transition, the boss will slam down, which you can dodge and follow up with a couple of hits. When he extends his body and circles the arena, releasing black flame magic, you can dodge and then attack afterward. There will be plenty of opportunities to be aggressive, but always back off when necessary. Overall, it's a very tough fight, requiring good timing and patience.
