This is Judy of The Crafty In Me and in this video I just showed a quick flipthrough of a wedding album for my swapmate for our "June Bride" themed swap.
Materials I used:

Some pages were stenciled using Lace stencils from Cre8tiveHandcrafts
sides were distressed using @ranger_ink Distress Oxides from www.beehappyph.com (victorian velvet)
3D elements were cut using @CreateWithSilhouette Cameo 3
