2️⃣ Inspection
Inspect the appearance defects, size and surface accuracy of AZS blocks one by one. This step is crucial.
3️⃣ Grinding and processing
According to customer requirements, fused cast AZS blocks are ground and processed with high precision. Including grinding, polishing, and other processes to ensure that the size and surface accuracy of fused cast AZS blocks meet customer requirements. The processing parameters need to be strictly controlled during the processing to ensure the processing quality.
4️⃣ Pre-assembly and packaging
After grinding and processing, the fused cast AZS blocks need to be pre-assembled to ensure product size consistency. After pre-assembly, they are packaged and shipped for transportation and use.
