A documentary crew from 2505 (the year) looks back on the culture of Milligan College, a recently re-discovered institution believed to date back all the way to the early 21st century.

After the Russians sent a satellite into orbit, powered only by a brand new nuclear fuel cell, a malfunction caused the fuel cell to explode over North America. During this time, the world wide web was being re-engineered for maximum efficiency. When the fuel cell exploded, an EMP (electromagnetic pulse) caused all electronics to be fried. Hard drives, cloud servers, and virtually all data on the planet was lost because of this.

Relying on nothing but remnants of old textbooks, Historians work to uncover the past behind Milligan College, and its legendary inhabitants, the Milliganites who worshipped buffalo gods and strived to do well in humanities.
