Eggs are laid by female animals of many different species, including birds, reptiles, amphibians, a few mammals, and fish, and many of these have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. The most commonly consumed eggs are chicken eggs. Other poultry eggs including those of duck and quail also are eaten. In 2017, world production of chicken eggs was 80.1 million tonnes. The largest producers were China with 31 million of this total. In this vidoe we ranked the top ten largest Egg producing Countries in the world from 1961 - 2020.
