The Squat Jack is an excellent bodyweight combo exercise that combines a jumping jack with a squat. This is an excellent cardio style exercise that revs up your heart rate as well as targeting the muscles in your legs. To get started:
1. Stand with your feet together and arms down by your sides. While maintaining a flat back, bend down and touch your feet, then immediately complete a jumping jack by jumping up and out landing your feet just outside hip width, while simultaneously raising your arms out to the sides and over your head.
2. Try to touch your hands above your head.
3. Then immediately squat down to touch the floor.
4. Continue for reps.
