Ralph Carlow (Lil' Torquey Pistons #117) is a first-to-market release at Kmart stores in the USA. On June 17, 2017, Kmart hosted a collectors' event (K-Day), in which Ralph along with another first-to-market release, Jack DePost, was presented. The Kmart case with these two is Case W, but they're also in a regular case, Case G, that'll hit other stores very soon. Entire contents for both cases are below.
Ralph is one of the few racers returning from Cars 1. He was the Lil' Torquey Pistons racer in the first movie and now, in the third as well. However, he is replaced by the next generation Lil' Torquey Pistons racer in the movie. He does not speak; he's one of the background racers. The Cars 3 version of Ralph is a new model, and he also has an updated paint job. He's currently only available as a single.
