Hello again folks! In this weeks video I turn a bowl from a Tulipwood blank. I wasn't sure how it would turn out with the wood itself being so light but I was very happy to see the Danish oil make the grain pop! Regarding the grain tear out, I thought it might sand out but I was wrong, I should have gone deeper and got a smoother cut maybe! I don't know because I simply don't have the knowledge or skill yet! That's what is fun about this though, making mistakes and researching why it happened and what to do next time!
