Hey everyone, decided to do a baking episode today because it's been like a month and a half since my last baking episode (not counting the bread episodes, I mean baking sweets.) So anyways, I decided to make fudge brownies today to show you how easy they are to make. When it comes to brownies, there's really two camps. 1) Those who prefer fudge brownies, and 2) Those who prefer dry, crappy, awful cake brownies. The brownies I make in this video are certainly fudgey, and they were super chocolatey. I highly recommend you try making them at home. When it comes to desert/ confectionary recipes, you can't get anymore idiot proof then these.

Ingredients:

-1 1/2 bars of semi-sweet bakers chocolate
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
-3 large eggs
- 1/4 Tsp kosher salt
-1 Tsp vanilla extract or paste
-1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 cup cocoa powder
