Following up from Swing Speed R1, this is round 2. Having goals to work towards in your practice is really important. I know where I want to be with my swing speed and why I think it's a part of my game that needs work. Measuring progress is also key in practice, it's what motivates you to carry on so having a base point to start from is crucial. That is what this video is about.
