East African legislative assembly Mps have asked the region’s heads of state to build early warning systems to detect disasters before they happen like in developed countries. The motion moved by Tanzania’s representative to the regional Parliament, Shy Rose Bhanji comes in the aftermath of an Earth quake in September that killed scores.
