A military regiment based in Xigaze City of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region carried out a combat readiness drill involving coordinated simultaneous operations in three different directions on a plateau area with an altitude of over 4,000 meters at the beginning of the new year, to comprehensively test the combat capability of the participating troops.
