Mason is a 12 year-old Auburn native & winner of Food Network’s “Chopped Junior” from Season 1 Episode 8; The episode is called Cereal Miracles. This young man raised enough money to install a kitchen at his former school (Alta Vista). His philanthropic gesture will now make it possible for students to take culinary classes in addition to their regular classes. Mason will speak about his time on on “Chopped” and perhaps provide some inside secrets on cooking.
