Just a short time compression of a HD camera showing how fast wind was moving by shooting the clouds as typhoon Santi went over Luzon and south of where I was filming. shot on Panasonic Night mode iris on manual at full open.
City lights lit up the clouds shot at about 2am recaptured on windows media to keep the file size small.
