A fire broke out at Hong Joo Eating House on the ground floor of Block 851, Jurong West Street 81 on the morning of April 7, 2016.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force arrived on the scene and extinguished the blaze within 15 minutes.
Three people were treated for smoke inhalation after complaining of breathlessness.
