The new process for the sale registration of any immovable property has to go with e khata only since but in the bangalore bbmp khatas were still in manual form so along with the decision of only e khata mandatory Process they have introduced draft e khata to upgrade from BBMP A & B khata through online.

To upgrade from manual to e khata property owners have to download the Draft E khata, full of and submit in the same online portal for final e khata
