R&S 41. The tune Englands Lane is by Geoffrey L Shaw (1879, Clapham, south London – 1943) he was a chorister at St Paul's cathedral, Oxford organ scholar who then became a school teacher and finally an outstanding School Inspector (1928-42).
He published a stack of music including hymn collections and arrangements, for details of which see the wikipedia link below.
Shaw's friend John Ireland composed the melody for My Song Is Love Unknown over lunch one day with Shaw, and at his suggestion.
The words "For the Beauty of the Earth" "are by Folliott S. Pierpoint (1835-1917).
