Rajasthan Speaker Dr C.P Joshi says the court has no jurisdiction over whether Sachin Pilot and the rebel MLAs should be disqualified or not. He argues that the court can only get involved once the Speaker has ruled. He has now taken the battle to the supreme court against the High Court's interim relief to Pilot and Team.
