The section saw us walking with old friends from Dorset. We trekked 8.51 miles from Meriden to the Black Boy Pub in Knowle.
Wayfinding was tricky leaving Meriden but overall this section was well signed. The parts of the trail that take you past the gravel pits were sadly spoiled by fly tipping.
We also crossed HS2 again but hopefully for the last time on this trail.
Overall it was pleasant walking through Warwickshire countryside with the Ye Olde Saracens Head providing a nice spot for a tasty lunch.
