Another flight with my most flown airline EasyJet, this time leaving hot & sunny Madrid for a mild & sunny Luton. Onboard G-EZIZ which just so happens to be the aircraft that "Project Airbus" use for their EasyJet model on flight simulator ;)
A very VERY long taxi at Barajas from Terminal 1 right up beyond RWY15R and over to RWY15L which took no short of a good 20 minutes! So much so that we only started one engine during push back and taxied most of the way under the power of one before starting up no.2. Despite the long taxi meaning we were airborne half hour late we still arrived 5mins ahead of scheduled due a strong tail wind across the Bay Of Biscay. Grey dull skies across the Bay Of Biscay with high cloud so I didn't film much of that. But once on descent made a nice change for there to be clear skies over London allowing for some incredible sight seeing views! Look out for Westminster, London Eye, O2 Arena, The Shard, London Bridge and much more!
