Khabib Nurmagomedov is a Combat Sambo Grappler & Khabib always uses Sambo Style S Mount Position in his early MMA Fights to win in any UFC/MMA Fight. Khabib Nurmagomedov always uses Sambo Style S Mount Position for his Triangle Choke or Arm Submission Setup to win easily against any opponent.
KHABIB'S SAMBO STYLE S MOUNT POSITION BREAKDOWN:
Khabib Nurmagomedov primarily prefers to attack the Left Arm of his opponent it's better to attack the left arm since it's usually weaker than the right arm & people have less experience defending the Left Arm when in Sambo S Mount Position.
Once Khabib Nurmagomedov isolates an arm he'll fall onto his right side and attack the same side of the arm to get an Armbar submission or Triangle Choke. During Sambo Style S Mount if Khabib's 2 legs are under the armpits of his opponent he'll always go for an Armbar submission on the same side of his right Arm & if Khabib's far leg is above the armpit of his opponent then he'll fall to the same side of the arm to go for a Modified Armbar Submission if the opponent tries to get up when he is doing this Khabib will make it into a full Triangle Choke When going for an Armbar submission if your far leg is under the armpit of the opponent always put that leg over the opponent's shoulder so you can go for a modified Armbar if opponent keeps his back on the floor if they try to stand up and posture up make it into a full triangle choke when going for an armbar it's always better to have your far leg over the armpit of the opponent since it gives you better attacking options, Full Triangle Choke and even Omaplata Position for the wirstlock submissions etc, during the triangle choke always grab your left foot the heel part pull down for a power squeeze top of that they won't be able to break the full triangle choke don't pull the head down pull the left foot down like Khabib. Khabib Nurmagomedov will go to a Triangle Choke from Sambo S Mount Position he'll use the Chicago Method of getting a Triangle Choke or New York Method of getting the Triangle Choke from Sambo S Mount Position But The Dagestani Method is fall backward with the trapped arm under your armpit to get a Modified Armbar Submission or if Opponent tries to get up he'll do a Triangle Choke which Khabib will go for always for an Armbar Submission first before transitioning into a Triangle Choke. it's always better to fall to the opposite side to get belly down armbar or make it intro Omaplata position falling to the opposite side is much better overall etc.
BLAZE WINDSWORD'S SAMBO FREE ADVICE & TIP:
It's always preferred to fall to the same side of the trapped Arm so you can get Triangle Choke or Arm Submission even a modified variation of these 2 submissions regardless of one of the legs under or above the Armpit when in Sambo S Mount Position but it's great to fall to the opposite side to make it into Omaplata Position or Triangle Choke, Once you are in Omaplata Position you'll attack with a wristlock submission & if the opponent power out of the Omaplata Position by posturing up you'll get a Triangle Choke or Armbar Submission easily. If the opponent roles over you'll get a free Armbar Submission if the opponent tries to get up after the role away from Omaplata Position you'll get a Triangle Choke if Opponents stay down on the floor try a Modified Armbar Submission etc, use right hand to grab left foot while squeezing Triangle Choke as Khabib dose Hah.
