The 2023 Giro D'Italia is finally underway, with a Stage 1 time trial of 19.6km, won by Remco Evenepoel, who eased to victory with a time of 21 minutes 18 seconds, 22 seconds ahead of his nearest competitor, Filippo Ganna.
