(ABC 6 NEWS) – The Confederate flag has been a hot topic over the last couple of months. In June, nine people were attacked at an African American Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
Last month, a Hartland, Minnesota firefighter went before the city council after flying a Confederate flag in the Albert Lea parade.
On Saturday morning, supporters of the flag rallied to show why they choose to fly the flag.
